Using the two rail sweep

Post by PaulCNCMann »

Is there a way to model a small section of trim with say the grapes on it.
And then apply this small section to a larger section with an arc copying as many times as will fit?
Thanks

I think it would be easier to just copy the components into the working area as many times as needed. The 2 rail sweep is a great tool to have but since the grapes are already available I think I would just use them unless there is something different you are trying to create with the 2 rail sweep?

You can use the "Copy object along vectors" and "Copy vectors in a linear or circular array" with components.

That might do what you want, especially the former.

Thanks I will try this.

I am trying to match a piece of trim on a window, and make a custom arch with grapes in it.
Thanks
