Although I expressed my disappointment about delayed delivery a few days ago, I have to say, once you guys found out about the situation you got on it and made it right!
I received your shipment today ... still haven't seen the shipment from Shareit. I do really appreciate it. And to all the users who responded in support of Vectric when I expressed my concern on the blog, thank you for supporting us both (and my wife has also taught me to say, you were right).
Unfortunately, I have to do a little traveling this week and I won't get to use the software until this coming weekend. Oh well, that's how things work some time.
I do really appreciate all the personal attention toward making this right. Your notes, your concern, and your actions quickly proved to me you guys put the customer first!
