Ok, here's is what I have..
I made a model of a tire with rim.
It has about 25 or so, vectors in all.
What I did, was made the entire tire with rim.
But I forgot to make the components as I go.
Example: Hub, spokes, tire, etc...
Is there anyway to break it down to components.
I realize I can make the entire model into a component, what about the separate pieces that I modeled?
I have not copied anything into the working model, either...
Anyone know?
Thanks...

Re: Modeling question
Grease,
If you've kept all of your vectors you've modeled from ( I put these on a construction layer - hide\unhide when needed)
But if you've still got these you can use these to cut up your model After you've used the Component Manager to paste the component back in to the Working Model Mode.
But haven't figured out how to removed additions, subtractions, merges from the component.
BTW, the cntl+Z key is my best friend.
