I am from Portugal and was looking for materials like signfoam, precisionboard, etc. Anyone know where I can buy materials like these in Europe, since there is nothing like this in Portugal.

I replied to a similar post several months ago. I found a place in Germany that supplies signfoam and other signage supplies. Do a search on Google for signfoam in Europe and it should give some results for you to follow up on.
