problem with installation

Was very excited to get my new software today but quickly dissapointed when I can't get it to install??? anyone have any ideas? or similiar problems?

Try contacting the Vectric team via the support e-mail. Give them the pertinent info and ask for help.

I just did that Tim, so I hope I will hear back soon. I e-mailed some questions about the software last week before I bought it and still have'nt heard back from that one yet. I love the support I had with v-carve pro but we will see how this works out.

Tony: Not sure what happened with the questions. I posted them through someones e-mail and it wasn't through the forum but my questions were all answered iby reading the forum, these are great people in here.
