What am i doing rong with the trial

Down loaded the trial of aspire and opened up the 3d file saved the toolpaths and ran them on my machine using the same size cutters as said in the toolpaths. and ended up with this result.

saved toolpaths as a .tap (g code mm) as this is what my machine wants.

What am i doing wrong

what was your step over set at? 10%

could not save toolpath if i changed the original settings

what controller do you have and whattype of machine, motors, and is it a 1/2 stepper?

am using a excitec 0609

it has a dsp controler

have not changed the steppers dont think they are 1/2 have not had a problem before when i made lithos or did photo v carving

no an 0609 is a microstepper machine
