High resolution
When I open Aspire and create a new job, I hold down the shift and ctrl button at the same time so I can choose a higher resolution, but for some reason it does not work. Any ideas? Thanks...

Re: High resolution
Hold the Shift only (not Ctrl)

Re: High resolution
I tried just the shift key and still won't work. I'm sure I am doing something wrong. I appreciate your quick response, thank you...

Re: High resolution
Just figured out what I was doing wrong. You have to hold down the shift key before you select (create a new file) I was selecting create a new file and then trying it, operator error.

Re: High resolution
Try again - it should work fine.
Be SURE you are still holding down the Shift key when clicking on New Job (let up on the Shift key AFTER clicking on the New Job).
BTW, you can change the resolution setting of an existing job by holding down Shift while clicking on the Set Job Dimensions and Origin icon. The new resolution won't have any effect on models already placed in the job, but WILL benefit any additional models added after you have increased resolution.
EDIT: I was apparently typing while you were! Glad you figured it out on your own!
