I downloaded Sawmillers file and it shows the final toolpath exactly as it should be.
I am using ver. 10 of Aspire but I have tried Many times and cannot duplicate the result.
I always get a ridge on the final toolpath no matter what I do.
I assume it is just me and there is something I am missing but I can't figure out what the difference is.

If you could post a link to your actual .CRV3D file that would take a lot of guesswork out of the conversation. You can get a free file sharing location at any of the following:
https://drive.google.com
https://onedrive.live.com
https://dropbox.com
Then you can post a sharable link here so we can see your actual file.

Re: Rotary Modeling
I have since overwritten the original many times.
This one is an attempt to copy sawmillers work but unlike his I still get the ridge.
I have tried to make the model height bigger as others have suggested but that does not seem to work unless I am not doing that wrong.
Thanks

Sorry for the long delay in my Reply. I was in Israel for a couple weeks.
Thanks for your Instructions in the PDF. They work perfectly.
I am going to cut these out tomorrow.
