Windsor seat contour Question

I need help using Aspire 9.5 to make a contour of this Windsor seat. I'm having trouble deciding what to use to make this model. Should I try using 2 rail sweep or would 'Create Shape' work best. I've looked at the tutorials videos without many answers.
Any help from you Aspire, 9.5 wizards, would sure be appreciated.

Sorry, Adrian I only have a plan drawing that shows the contour lines and the depth for the seat. The Windsor chairs are meant to be hand-carved, but since I have a CNC I would like to try and use it to make the carved seats. One guy I found on another web site says that he uses SketchUp and 'sandbox' to draw the contours. I have SketchUp but I'm not sure how to use the 'sandbox', and I'm a little impatient with the learning curve to learn how to use 'sandbox'.

The contours in the EPS and AI files do not match those in the screen-shot. The contours in the screen appear to have Z-heights associated with them. Is it possible to get the file that is represented in the screenshot?
