EPS Files Banned?

Post by TReischl »

I may be slowly losing my marbles but I am pretty sure I used to be able to attach an EPS file to a post.

It is possible to attach PDF, etc but for some reason not EPS.

Rarely do I ask for a feature, in fact I don't believe I have asked for one in over 12 years of being on this forum. But a section for questions about the forum itself might be nice because this post sure as heck does not belong in any of the categories available.

Thanks John.

That got me to looking. Darn EPS file somehow became over 8Mb. How that happened is beyond me. Four simple shapes and that is all. Weird, now I have to look at how I am exporting EPS.

I like the eps for two reasons. First it is a very small file size, secondly the person on the other end does not have to bother unzipping it.

Beats me why I never thought to check the file size, sheeesh, I think I just heard one of my marbles rolling around on the kitchen floor, better go catch it!
