I am trying to cut a small sign with Alcubierre font. It an open font. When I cut the sign I get ‘bumps’ or overlaps. Notice on the letters g, u and r. The bumps don’t show when I run the preview. I am running this on a Biesse Skill. The VPOINT bit is a 60 degree cutter. Aspire version 9.517. I've attached the crv3d and a pdf of the actual cutout.
Is there a way I can run this file without the bumps?
Thanks

Re: Font Issue
Might want to check that the 60° bit is actually 60°

Re: Font Issue
In the file you attached you specified a 90 degree V bit.
