Profile toolpath cutting both side of the line

Post by dboardman366 »

Struggling with this one. For some reason it wants to cut on both sides of a single line vector. I cannot find any duplicate vectors or anything so I am not too sure what else to do with it!

Thanks

The box vector around "Kring" is causing the heartburn.

The way the vector is drawn the box is drawn twice. Not sure why it's causing the toolpath to double up on the other vectors, but it seems to be driving the system a bit nuts.

If you select all the vectors except the offending vector and gen the toolpath all is as expected.

I'd recommend reworking the offending vector.

I think this is what your looking for. The vectors you had selected for the tool paths went around both sides because they were not complete loops. It looks like they might have been auto-traced.
