Also...On the "Paradise Box" that is in free projects...You may want to check out some of CarveOne's Jewelry versions....almost down to a science! :D
Here's one I just searched for;

S Palm's boxes are beautiful also, and have the files he was gracious enough to include...I think it was only a couple down in that Google search.

Also think that the paradise box project would be great for you to make. You can change it on the lid, front or sides to customize it anyway you want.
I have made many of the boxes and they have all been a hit with the recipient.

Above is a link to a couple of the paradise boxes I made but I agree that Carveone is the forum expert.

He made a tray to fit in the paradise box and even posted the program on the forum. Below is a picture of his tray but I don’t have the program, maybe he will post it again it he sees this thread.
Good luck on your project but I have to warn it’s addictive and you probably won’t stop at making just one.

I am another one who would say that the paradise box would be a good option, lid, sides, front & back changed to suit the occassion, can't think what models are included with the software but Design & Make should have something suitable if there isn't anything already included.

Guess it really depends what sort of jewelry she has, the tray carveone posted would be good but you could also modify it or just make your own tray to suit I made a jewelry box for my Granddaughter a couple of years ago that was designed more for bangles & necklaces as that was what she tended to wear.

Here is a link to my version of the Paradise Box Tray that Mark mentioned. There are .eps, .crv3d, and .dxf files for download on page 2 of this link:

http://forum.vectric.com/viewtopic.php? ... ne#p164516

More recent builds have a simple 3/4" x 3/4" right triangle support glued into the corners of the Paradise Box to support the tray. These don't interfere with anything in the bottom of the box, but the dowels I used in one project were intended to stack rings on.

Enjoy,

Thanks CarveOne for re-posting the tray program. I have another box to make later this year for a lady and I'm going to use the tray for that box.

I will post it when I do it.
