Rules for posting an time
I would like to make a post, as I have (another-there are many questions already) question about the Zero Plane (I use Aspire.). When I attempt to post I get a response that says that I am either too new or need to participate more to make a post. What ever that means, how do I become eligible to start posting...for now it would be a question?

You've just made a post though.
Are you sure you're not mixing up personal messages with creating a thread/posting replies?
Personal messages (PM's) are disabled for new users to cut down on spamming etc but as far as I know there is no restriction on creating threads or replying.
