Rotary job issue. Need help.

Post by jaru-eri »

I refer to my topic in V-carve forum and need help in order to find out why my generated g-codes gives a different machining toolpath than it was shown in the v-carve softvare.

Are there anybody here who can help me with this issue?

It's hard to tell by the picture...at first it looked like it might of been rotated 90° in your preview picture, but then again the picture is hard to see. If the rotary rotates once before it starts, I would think you would need to calibrate the A-Axis. Remember it is in degrees rather than inches or millimeters.

I found a solution for this problem. It was something with the config. setting in Mach3. I got some advice about that setting from a member in cnc-zone that was wrong.
