9.515 is out now if you'd like to try it and let us know if the issue still persists.

Seems to have done the trick for me. It's a lot faster than it was with a double sided job.

Same here. Double sided jobs now react like they did before the 9.514 update. 9.515 didn't show up in Aspire as an available update, but was found when I went through HELP and checked for an update.

I updated to the 9.515 I believe it is a day or so ago. Didn't try it until now; instead of the slow performance I get the message: The application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command -line sxstrace.exe for more detail. Anyone run into this. I went to a site but it was talking about uninstalling a bunch of C++ and reinstalling way past me. Thanks

Try downloading the application form the portal and re-installing.

Just updated this morning. Went smooth as silk. Agree with Randall. Update through the portal that should solve it.. :lol: :lol: :lol:
