Thanks to everyone on providing me guidance for creating a nose cone. Went to create a tool path for the nose cone and received this error message. Hope someone advises me on my latest venture.

Hi Stephen,

It looks like you might have the wrong vector selected. It appears you currently just have the smaller inner vector selected and the tool will not be able to fit inside this to clear any material. You probably want the outer rectangle vector selected if this is the area you need clearing.

Actually, I believe the error is caused by the Boundary Offset at such a teeny amount.

You have it set at 0.02”. That’s way too small. Try setting it at at Least the radius of the Bit (in this case, a minimum of 0.125”)
