Post Processor Support

Who wites, updates, support the Post Processors? Vectric or CNC OEM?

Plus end users, my post processor bears very little relation to the one that came with the software for my machine.

As to your original question I'd say it's a bit of both.

Having worked for 2 OEM's, I can say that for the most part, post processor development falls in the hands of the OEM, as they are able to test and verify features. That said, some enlist the assistance of Vectric. Like Adrian, Few of mine, if any, have much resemblance to the original.
