I could use some help.
I'm programing a cut for a table edge. I want a uniform taper. When I do a round table, it works great.
When I try to do the same thing with an oval, the edge thickness is inconsistent. I understand why, I think. It is calculating to the furthest edge of the oval, so at the narrow part it is thicker. Is there a way to keep it uniform that anyone knows of?

Re: Two rail sweep issues
Should not come out inconsistent if the distance between the 2 drive vectors is constant all the way round. It doesn't look like you did that. Also, I suspect the problem is that you did not put legs on your sweep vector. It should look like this:
Edit:
Just tried it with different sized ellipses for the drive vectors and that didn't cause the problem as long as Scale Cross Sections with Width was unchecked.
Also, the start points of the two drive vectors need to be on the same relative places on their ellipses, like this:Edit:

I believe if uncheck "scale cross sections with width" in the two-rail sweep creator it will be uniform.
