Hi Scott, thanks for the kind words, you're right its based on those, new font, all recreated from scratch in Rhino and ZBrush. An artist over here has done other similar projects before, visualising the manual to digital changes in how we use type, the city here budget a percentage of all new building production to art. This has to be finished and in place by june/july, it will stand outside a school I believe.

An interesting complicated job, a worry on several fronts, but feels much better now the bulk of my part is done, just the lid left to be machined. Have gone through alot of HDU 2m x 1m x 150mm (9") but not had any mishaps so far! :)

You've got more skill and patience than me Henry :)
Going to be quite the thing to see....and to explain to youngsters how revolutionary it was at the time:)
Painstaking work making a mold...used to help with kayak molds ages ago.
