Adding a form tool in Tool Dadabase

I was wanting to see how I can add a form tool from an File that I got into my tool database?

Relatively easy, and as shown in the manual:

Thanks Gary. I was hoping that I could just take the tool out of the aspire file and add it to the tool DB.
