Convert file to DXF?
I own a shopbot cnc and purchased the Aspire software with it. When I go to save the machining file it does not contain a dxf extension choice. Can I convert one of the extensions to a dxf file?

To save the drawing as a DXF file you need to use the Export Option on the File Menu. Make sure you have all the vectors/shapes selected first.
If you want to cut the toolpaths on your shopbot then you need to save the toolpaths using the ShopBot processor which creates an SBP file to load into the ShopBot SB3 control software.

I forgot to mention that I am giving the file to someone who needs it in dxf form.

Wherever you saved the file, simply send it to them.
I have my computer set up to always "save as" so I know where it's going.
They will Import it into whatever program they're using.
