could this be modeled in Aspire

Here is a picture of a Celtic cross. I would like to know if this could be done in Aspire.
I cannot upload the picture. I get an error message file mismatch expected extension
png but extension jpg given. Never had this before.

Take it into PhotoShop and resave as a jpg.

Open the picture in a paint program then do save as.
