I would like to be able to make some boxes from a single board and have the grain structure wrap around the box.
I'm far from an expert using Aspire & I'm not sure how to CAD the 45 degree per side (90 degree for two sides) per the attached sketch (not an artist either!).
Is there a video or a tutorial anyone could point me to?
Thanks,
Rick

I just realized the pdf is upside down......
Re: Box From Board
That's an easy project for a table saw, but if you would rather use the cnc, use a 90 degree v-bit and use "profile on" for the dividing lines.

Here is an ancient thread that discusses the process: Making boxes

With table-saw you don't even need to cut through the board at any time: http://lumberjocks.com/BritBoxmaker/blog/17048
