Are all the Vectric folks at the big wood shows right now? I've tried sending a nesting issue to their technical support twice and it has gone unanswered both times. Not sure what is happening: maybe the email is not getting thru, is getting trapped in spam folders, I don't know. Any advice on getting a response from them?
Thanks,
Don

Have you factored in a time zone difference?

Re: Vectric Technical Support?
I've never had a problem but then I am in the UK so just normally phone them
As Adze_cnc says there is a time difference you need to consider which may be causing a delay

Re: Vectric Technical Support?
Hello Don,
Apologies, we have just checked the spam folder, for the support email address, I am afraid that your email managed to get caught by that,
not sure why, there does not look to be anything problematic with the email that would normally cause this.
One of my colleagues is answering your email at the moment and will provide you with a full answer,
but all of the vectors in your file are open vectors, this is why they will not nest, you just need to use the join vectors tool to create
closed shapes, these should then nest fine.
Apologies again.
Cheers,
Mark.

You could try asking the question here as well as someone may know the answer.
