Then you are dealing with a machine issue. Try slowing down your move speeds. Check the all axes for any binding or loose components.Preview looked fine.

If the preview showed no problems then more than likely it's a machine or PP error.
If you want to eliminate the model from the equation rotate the cross by 90° and machine again. If the anomaly happens in the same place and doesn't follow the rotations then the model isn't the problem.

Maybe just rotate 45 deg. Then if the problem is still at 12 o'clock, there is no part of the model at that spot, so you get a full carve.

3D iamge incomplete cut UPDATE
Well started with deleting all the old files.
Started fresh and it turned out perfect.
Thanks to all who chimed in on this project.
Just finished cutting so now clean up and clear coat.
Will post picture when complete.
