A quick question on Aspire options

I just upgraded from Vcarve Pro to Aspire 9.506. All went well except a couple of small configuration bits.

In Pro, when a CALCULATE is completed for a toolpath, the toolpath edit mode is flipped back to the Preview mode. I can't get Aspire to do that. It stays in toolpath edit mode. I've tried all the setup options and the options toggles at the top of the screen, but I can't find the correct set of switches.

Go to Options at the end of the Edit menu and make sure that Auto Open 3D View (2nd item in Toolpath Settings) is set to Yes.

If you want to stay in the toolpath rather than flipping to the view with that option set you can hold down the Ctrl key while clicking Calculate.

FANTASTIC I guess I passed right over that choice. The Ctrl key is definitely added to my toolbox of tips.
