Add a zero plane? It seems to be the answer for similar complaints. Although it doesn't seem to make any difference to the preview.
Since the 3D View preview does not show the finish cut cutting through, you can be assured that the Aspire work is OK.
I would check carefully the actual thickness of the material you you are using.
The model is placed in the material so that the maximum cut depth is .736". If the actual material is less than .75" thick, that may be the reason you are cutting through around the edge.
Possibly Useful Hint: Move all of the vectors and model together so they are half off the material. Then the preview will show a cross section of the cut so you can see it better.

Hi. Check your Material Setup. You have a Gap Above Material of 0.1362". That is wrong. It should be set at zero (no gap). That setting was probably "inherited" from some previously opened file. I doubt you intentionally set that gap.aroff wrote:trying to make the bling box//i enlarged the items for a larger box//carfully cross check thickness and model heights from original to new

Gap Above Model (not material). Typed faster than my brain could keep up with. Anyway, change it to zero and all will be well.
