One way is to turn it into a black and white picture, then make a PhotoVCarve VCarve toolpath from it.

I use Paint.Net to turn pictures into black and white, but almost all photo editing programs can do it. Search for "download Paint.Net", since the web site paint.net is for a paint store.

Use the "chicken" to make vectors, then V-carve with a "flat depth" set.

Slight tangent but I never understand why people call it the "chicken". It's clearly a Robin and it even says so in the form!
