Looking for some opinions as to how to handle doing a rotary carve on a lathe where the spindle has rotary capabilities.
The axes are totally different from a mill, the depth of cut is done by the X axis, the length is along the Z axis and what would have been the Y axis that is wrapped would be the C axis. I am using Mach4 as the controller which uses fanuc compatible commands. As such G91 is not supported and any relative moves are referenced by different axis designations (x,y,z, and c become u,v,w and h).
Would it be best to try and modify the PP or ?
TIA

Re: Rotary Wrapping on a Lathe
I would suggest you modify and create a new post swapping the axis designations.
