Can someone tell me how to raise this complete model up so that the bottom is .1875 high before the dome starts carving.

Re: Help Please
Frank,
Are you referring to the grape cluster? You want it to be .1875 proud of the dome top?

Re: Help Please
No I want the dome and the grapes to raise up so there is an edge at the base of the dome.highpockets wrote:Frank,

Re: Help Please
Got it...
You're working with a .75 thick piece of material.
.75 - .1875 (desired thickness below the bottom of the dome) = .5625 left for dome height and grape cluster height.
I added a Zero Plane component.
I set the height of the dome component to .25 and 0 base height leaving .3125 for the height of the grape cluster.
I set the grape cluster component height to .3125 and 0 base height
In Material Setup under Model Position in Material I set the Gap Below Model to .1875

Not sure I understand zero plane but when I get back to software I will play with it.highpockets wrote:Got it...
