Trying to get the attached profile to calculate.
In order to reduce a lot of air cutting, I was going to make this large crown profile with a 1" thick base. Cut the actual crown profile, then change the part thickness to 3" in order to cut the tall ogee profile. I was going to laminate pieces together to create the ogee only within the ogee area, I did not want to laminate a solid 3" thick piece to cut the profile. I thought I had it all figured out until I tried to calculate the toolpath for the ogee. Then this pops up "A toolpath was not created. Check that there is enough space to fit the entire profile across the rail contour without it overlapping itself."
What the heck does that mean?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Help with deep profile
Thanks for your reply Will. I found my error. As I began to run some samples, I noticed my deep pockets aren't the same width. I used copy/paste on my models and spread them out as I needed, but the pockets are calculating differently.
Look at my preview on the 3D Finish2 toolpath and you can see a difference in the number of passes made for each pocket. I'm calling them pockets but they are really 2 rail sweeps.
Both toolpaths were calculated at the same time using the same geometry. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Re: Help with deep profile
I do not see what you are talking about. What is the purpose of the 2 pockets? One set seams to offset the one on the right side by a 1/32 inch
