How to move a two side cut piece

How do you move a model that is put into aspire for two sided cutting? Once I try to move one side the other side no longer lines up. Do the two sides have to be moved independently? Or when you move one side does the other move itself?

Once you move the model where you want it on the first side , draw a rectangle around and center it around the component. Select the rectangle, right click and copy to other side. Under the Align Objects use the icon that centers object on the last item selected. Select the component first, then the rectangle, then the icon.
