Bug Report: PDF Export Flaw

Post by 4DThinker »

Attached are my CRV3D file and a PDF export of it that I was hoping to print full size. For some reason the left arc face isn't exported correctly despite being a mirror or the right arc face, and joined to the perimeter of the top section. When I hadn't joined the two arcs both were exported in the wrong positions relative to where they should have been. It appears they get shifted and rotated a small amount relative to where they should be.

Hello 4D

If you encounter what appears to be a bug, it would be best to send it to Support@vectric.com so we can deal with it quickly.
I have submitted this one for you now so you don't have to worry in this case, but we on support do not always see everything that goes through on the forum and hence why email is the best way to work with these.

In this case, if you select the issue vector and apply a Fit Curves to vectors to it, it will update the vector and fit Arcs to it for you which you will then find do export as needed.

I hope this helps
Charlotte
