Re: v9.013
Thanks for the information Randall. Other than checking for updates using the Help Menu in the software is there a place online or a way to get emails sent to us for the Upgrades and Bug Fixes for the Revisions of Verision 9 Aspire ? This is such a great Forum and it is helping me a lot. Thanks for any information and have a great day/night.

Aspire will tell you when there's an update, in the upper right corner of the screen. And it's a link, so you just have to click it to start the update.Other than checking for updates using the Help Menu in the software is there a place online or a way to get emails sent to us for the Upgrades and Bug Fixes for the Revisions of Verision 9 Aspire ?

Re: v9.013
I still have a dogbone fillet challenge for you clever Aspire programmers to work on. On outside (larger than 90 degree) corners the dogbone fillet greatly overdraws what it needs to.
In the case I show in the file attached I want to make a small pocket for a 1/4-20 hex nut to drop into. The blue line is the nut outline. The black line is that same outline with 1/16" radius dogbone fillets applied to each corner. The red outline is what would have been the most efficient (minimum) amount of dogbone to apply. I had to manually free and move and trim/extend each dogbone to create the red outline. Seems as though this expensive software should be able to handle it right on its own.

Re: v9.013
Where's the patch file for download? All that is on the portal is V9013 total install. Really don't care to do that!

Re: v9.013
If the machine is on the net it's downloaded from the Help menu or by clicking the notification in the top right. For offline PC's the updates are here - http://www.vectric.com/support/program-updates.html - but 9.013 doesn't appear to be there yet.
You can copy the patch file from the Aspire program files folder from a PC that has updated across the net though.

Re: v9.013
Well Adrian beat me to it as I was just going to say the same thing to Larry Badgett on that. I just updated yesterday and with the link Adrian Provided for the Program Updates I hope to see Vectric get on the ball and add those to keep it more up to date. Thanks for sharing Adrian and everyone have a great day/night.
Cheers - Fred.
