Thanks for the info. I still have not had a response from the company, but I'm happy to see their site turned off.

The problem with suing, too many times, the legal fees are more than the award.

I sent them an email nicely explaining to them that what they were doing was very bad form, hope that helped. But probably not. Some of these folks who design sites leave a lot to be desired. It is easy to fall victim to their shoddy methods when you are trying to run a business.
