there are many images out there but not great of iwo-jima

looking for a GOOD stl or a GOOD png file of the Iwo-Jima flag raising

something to cut with a cnc

Do you want to v-carve the image or were you looking to do more of a 2.5d?

preferably 2.5

looking for a 3d version I can rough out and then finish

There are two files in the dropbox - 7x9 - courage IWO JIMA MEMORIAL .3dClip - and - iwo.stl
The following pic shows how I carve it but the files are the men and flag only. I think the 3dclip is a better format, the stl is what spire creates in an export.
Use the files as you wish -
I have also attached the stl - it was small enough, the 3dCLIP is 12.5meg
