Help with a model

Can someone help me with a model. I have been asked to make this plaque for a volunteer fire chief, but modeling is not my strong point. I am wiling to pay someone who can help me out with modeling this fire truck or if you already have one similar for purchase. Thanks

Unless you need an exact replica of the firetruck in your photo I'd suggest you purchase a model such as this one; https://store.designandmake.com/shop/product/8794. The rest of the modelling is not difficult.
