toolpath running past edge of model
I have done 2 samples (machined) that did exactly what I wanted on a smaller scale for approval from the customer. Now I am modeling it to the full size of the part, double checked all my vectors, etc. but one of the toolpaths is wanting to "fall" off one side of the model when the vector boundary I am machining to stops at the edge. Is this possibly a modeling resolution thing. The sample was done on a 13 x 13 part now I am laying it out on a full 48x96 sheet. If that is the case, why is it only "falling" off on one side and not the other.

Well, looks like it was a modeling resolution thing. Increased model resolution in the job setup, recreated the model, and not it doesn't appear the issue is there.
