V9 Crash

I tried to drop a V3 clipart into a V9 2-sided project and received this message. Anyone else have this problem?

Sent the dump file to Vectric

EDIT: It works as intended in V8.5.

Further experimenting: I dropped a V3 clipart into a V9 single sided project without any problems. However, when I deleted the clipart and then tried to change the setup to a 2-sided project I received the same crash. It appears to be a 2-sided project problem.

Hi Steve

Good that you sent the dump file to Vectric. That should reveal some clues as to what happened.

I've not had any problems like you described, but I don't usually use the "V3" clip art. I don't know if that is here or there as far as the clip art is concerned.

Did you let Vectric know what flavor of Windows you are using when you sent the dump file? (perhaps the dump file already has OS info - not sure)

I'm still on Win 7 Pro on all my computers. Are you on Win 10?

As a rule I don't use V3 clipart either and it seems that it's only a problem with double sided projects. Yes, I'm using Win 10.

What happens if you bring in a 3V Clipart file and then Export it as a 3D Clipart?
