Control toolpath order of cut using same tool
I have three tool paths all using the same tool .25 End Mill, but I want to run the profile toolpath last. How do I save all three in one file and have them run in the order I choose, profile part last. Is this possible or do I need to save the profile in a separate file and run it last?

The order you have them in the Toolpath list should be the order they are generated in the Post Processor. I've heard of some people having trouble with the order, but I'm running Mach3 and never had an issue doing this way.

In the toolpath list there are arrows to help you move each toolpath up or down until you are happy with how they are listed. Then save them all as once file.
There are some machine controllers out there that will try and optimize the g-code for efficiency of movement. If you see that they are not cutting in the order you saved them you may need to look into your controller options to turn off such optimization.
