Good that you sent the dump file to Vectric. That should reveal some clues as to what happened.
I've not had any problems like you described, but I don't usually use the "V3" clip art. I don't know if that is here or there as far as the clip art is concerned.
Did you let Vectric know what flavor of Windows you are using when you sent the dump file? (perhaps the dump file already has OS info - not sure)
I'm still on Win 7 Pro on all my computers. Are you on Win 10?
