heian post processor

I have been trying to change a post processor to suit an old heian router that has a fanuc M51 controller on it. I have looked at the other post processors and they support tool change, my problem is i the heian has four heads in a row no tool change and i want to use two or more heads in the program with there own d and h code...any ides.
Also can you write code in incremental you can change the code to say in incremental but thats all that changes the rest of the code is still in absolute.
