I am sure that Vectric has a LOT of money tied up in this release. I am sure that they NEED the money from an upgrade to cover their costs.

They have plenty of incentive to release it.

I have had software that needed repair plugs after release and I don't like that.

Vectric is going to release.

There has been NO release DATES to my knowledge - they are NOT past due on anything.

Patience - Patience.

Don't force Vectric into something that we will all regret afterwards.

Thank you Leo, well stated......

Thank you all for your patience. I can assure you that the staff at Vectric have been working extremely hard to get not just the program but the support materials, marketing materials and internal systems ready for this release.

Hi all,

same question as allway: can I install Aspire 9.0 in parallel to the existing version 8.5? Maybe there are still som bugs ...

Yes you can install it alongside 8.5 with no interference. Hopefully there aren't any bugs, myself and the other beta testers have been trying hard for a while to find them all but you never know.

Just remember that the software is not backward compatible so any files you have saved using V9 will not open in 8.5

V9 For now I am trying the trial version- kudo's. My likes are similar to those above, especially the Layers location. On the dislikes side  :(  No additional clip art, added.
If we are too positive they might increase their already reasonabally priced upgrade of $400 (usd) Oh well......

Did that additional clip art come with the main install?

It's on the portal download page with all the other clipart and the main program.

I also did not see any additional clipart. On my portal download page, it has the V9 3D Tabs Clipart listed, but
does not show the V9 additional clipart as in the attachment that Adrian posted. I tried to post a picture of what
is available in my portal download page, but it will not let me. Am I missing something??
How can I get the additional clipart??
