Does anyone know where I can get a texture like this one?

You already have it!

Import that bitmap into VCarve.

Then Model/Create Model from Selected Bitmap

Presto, you have the texture.

Or something pretty close, anyhow. Shadow lines create a few issues.

Once you get it as a model you can mess with it in terms of smoothing, height, etc.

Oh, btw, Corel has stuff like that built into it and I would guess quite a few others as well.

The problem with making your example into a texture (component) is that in order to take the picture, the photographer had to use side lighting to show the texture. That puts high lights on one side of the "bumps" and shadows on the other side. While your eye interprets this just fine, Aspire goes by the different brightness levels and the end result isn't what you want. Similar to the problem of trying to make a 3D face from a single picture.
Look for a photo that has more uniform darks in the low areas and smooth lighter shades in the high areas (middle pic below).
