They aren't going to change everyones customer portal though, I would guess that changes to customer portals are done on an individual basis as & when each person upgrades their software

Could be wrong though, it certainly wouldn't be the first time

I gather they will be changing the overall appearance/organization of the Portal user interface as well as adding more download categories to choose from.
