Aspire and PVC
I have the latest version of Aspire and am considering getting PVC. Do they work together or are they completely separate. Are the tool data bases shared or not?
Thank You
Frank

Re: Aspire and PVC
Separate.
Apparently Aspire can do everything PVC can do except Photo V-Groove Machining

Would think you would need to rebuild your tool base, PVC has the basics as default but anything you added would have to be added again.
[Not too much of a chore, not many different bits are typically used making these]

Re: Aspire and PVC
Aspire can do Photo V-Groove machining as well just in a different way to PVC. It's done using a component and a finishing toolpath with a V-bit and a large tool pass offset.
