Hi,
I have 3 part shape make up one unit, with 5 parts in a unit. (2 of the shapes are duplicated).
I want to cut multiple units.
When try to nest, one of the shapes does not get included. See screen grabs attached.
I have tried several times, and the shorter part with out the internal 'windows' always gets left out, while the longer shape gets duplicated
Any ideas? Thanks!

The settings don't make sense. The tool diameter and border gap are set to 0. Try entering 0.25 for them as well.
Also check for unintended grouping, and open vectors.

Thanks, there are open vectors... the line going through the two shapes is a dado. That's the other issue - I tried it using a fluting path for the dados, but can't get it to cut at the same depth from start to finish.
Re: Nesting parts disappear
Even after adjusting the settings- it still replaces the one part with a pair of the other part

Can you post the CRV file?
Regarding the dado, make it a rectangle of the proper dimensions (or a 1000th bigger if it is the same width as the bit) and cut it with a pocket toolpath.

Re: Nesting parts disappear
Any shape that is not closed will be deleted as part of the nest. Check that the part that is not being nested is a closed vector. It might look like it but it doesn't mean it really is.

That did it! Thanks for all of the help!
