I've been to a couple here on the left coast and they are a lot of fun and vey informative. If you attend make sure you bring show and tell. Bring business cards and shop flyers if you've got them. Wish I was a little closer! :D Russ

Phil, I am going to try my best to select a date that is most equitable for as many as possible. I do hope it will be a good date for you. I would love, for you to be there.

It's a bit of a drive from NE Pennsylvania where I live, but I might be interested in attending.

Wow .... I guess I'm more than a little odd because I think nothing of a 8 hour drive, as long as I don't have to drive through any big cities.
Leo, my attendance will be subject to my workload at the time, and another possibly conflicting event. I will know at least a month or so in advance. Around Labour day, there'll be a glass gilding event in Saskatchewan that I'll need to attend, & I need to go from there to a couple of places in British Columbia . I have to drive ..... my pickup gets hurt feelings if I park her at the airport, plus multiple destinations doesn't work well if most are nowhere near an airport.

Mr Reischl ..... you can miss most of that traffic. If you can stand I-95 N as far as Fredericksburg VA, I can give you directions from there to Hartford, with Harrisburg being the only really congested area to deal with.

Leo, I have Aug. 19 open. I'm concerned about getting to the cape on a Sat. The cape traffic on weekends in summer can be daunting. I'm sure you know better than I do but my thought would be for a post season meet and greet.

Hey Leo:)
Jaimie said it was good for her and Glen, and she'd drive me down :)
She asked if I'd ever met you, and I said "No...but I'd sure like to:)"
I think I'm in:)

You will not hit Cape traffic in my area. You won't even see remnants of it.

You will just have to dodge your average North East driver, LOL!!!!

(in case any of you guys are wondering about my "shots". . . . Leo and I met several times a few years ago, so he knows me....his misfortune.) He is a good guy who does really nice work. He stopped at my shop and gave me a good tip on how to improve the rigidity on my machine.

Meeting Ted is NOT a misfortune - trust me on that one. His home built machine shows his competency and talent. Great guy to know. I wish he would have stayed here in New England. Instead he ran away to the sunny south. My loss.

Hey Leo:)
2/3's of the way into an official heatwave here....Full blooded Mainers are dropping like Flies!! :D :D
Luckily I'm a half breed (born in Ipswich:)
Massachusetts("M A double S, achu double T s") does have climate control... Right?!!! :) :D :D
If it's like this past 2 days and tomorrow....you can get $5 a minute for a kiddie pool full of ice water! :)
STILL planning on finally meeting you and others(but lining up second and third ride options anyways, as Captain J. will be 8+ months along).
Bumping mainly...but do's "Chore-eese" have miraculous heat healing powers? :)
( had a Portuguese Grandma bring her Grand daughter and the rest of us new gimps a sample of it in BUH spinal cord clinic...and been eating it since!)
Iced Tea Time!!

Right now we are still on.

I will need to start detailing the day and date

Looks more like August 12 Suturday.

I plan on a pretty free and open schedule. Nothing concrete as to scheduled events. I will be open to about anything.

One thing I would love, is to hilight wonans work, if at all possible. There are lots of women that do some really fantastic stuff, and I would love to encourage that. Also anything that would support anything to do with women's work.

Other wise, I am open to whatever anybody wants to do.

I do have some ideas, but, open.
