I recently tried to make a plaque in a style that i have used for years but Aspire refused to make a component the correct thickness and insisted on placing the material plain on top of the material block thus placing the component on top of the material block. I had to copy and paste from an older file to get the correct thickness of the component. With the material plane and the component being place on the top of the material block makes cutting difficult to say the least. I have attached example files. I'm unable to see how to add pictures now.
Anyone have some input on this?

Re: Changes in Aspire update
I have answered my own question! The difference is in the material setup when creating tool paths!
